Title – Customer Account Manager
Location – Remote (1 day in office) High Wycombe
Pay – £20,000 + OTE £23,600

Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of accounts and providing exceptional support your customers and the sales teams. To liaise with business customers in resolving problems and answering queries via telephone, email and web chat whilst working to a 'first call' resolution target, displaying a polite and professional telephone manner at all times. You will also attend meetings with potential and existing customers, managing relationships at all points up to Director level. You will play an integral part in building relationships with our customers and the key role in the management and retention of the customer now and in the future whilst also being the escalation point for every eventuality – inspiring confidence in the customer as the 'go-to' contact.
You will prove to have the ability to manage and maintain bespoke and complex accounts, generate monthly bespoke reports for selected customers, delivering presentations to potential and existing customer and process management – pro-active to a very high degree, ensuring that the customer never has to chase us for an update on any query.
Key Challenges
You must be aware of market trends and changes in the industry, create complex and bespoke tariff reports for clients and remaining calm and positive when dealing with challenging customers, whilst being able to prioritise between active clients and back- office administration.
