We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, who will act as the key contact towards our customers regarding supply.
The work includes design administration, order handling, planning and invoicing. The position is characterized by its coordinative nature

What You Will Do:

* Being the focal point of contact for the (local) customers assigned to you
* Secures supply chain PM / AM order fulfillment: Order management, design administration, invoicing, claim administration, logistics.
* Creating synergy with internal functions: planning, logistics, additional material, marketing, technical service to secure smooth order handling always leading to increase productivity.

Who You Are:

* Ideally a Degree
* Customer Service/Supply Chain/commercial/administrative function experience.
* Analytical skills, a good head for figures.
* Good computer skills; experience in SAP R3, MS Word, Excel and graphical software is preferred.
* Have access to a laptop
