A fantastic opportunity has come up for customer service excutives to join an existing team. This role is available due to a high demand in orders and customer queries. Sucessful candidates will have customer service experience whether it's within retail or working within head office.
* Handling Inbound calls
* Placing orders for customers using Netsuite
* Creating engineer call outs for all customers
* Taking payments via WorldPay
* Complaint handling and chasing up missing orders
* Crediting items
* Emailing customers with shipment updates
