Customer Service/Move Coordinator
* Salary 19 – 20K per annum (dependent upon experience)
Doree Bonner International is an expanding Removals & Storage Company with branches nationwide. We require a Move Coordinator/Customer Service Administrator to join our busy central team.
This position is a full-time position – Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.30pm inclusive of one-hour lunch break.
This is an excellent opportunity for the successful applicant to contribute to the smooth running of our central administration team.
Initially, this will be a remote home working role, but applicants who reside close to our High Wycombe branch are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities of the Move Coordinator:
* Removals Experience Preferable, but not essential
* PC Literate/Pref. Microsoft Office
* Enthusiastic person able to work as part of a team
* Pleasant nature with good telephone skills
* Numerate
* Email and collate returned customer surveys
* Confirm booked jobs with customer
* Handle and book in initial enquiries from potential customers
* Produce invoicing as required
* Produce job sheets
* Processing card payments
* General admin
* Internet searches for house sales / rental and leaflet
* Internet searches for developments and leaflet
* Type letters, minutes and other documents as required
The position is available immediately. For those interested in progression, there is the possibility of inclusion in an Apprenticeship Scheme.
