Our client, a leading industry specialist is seeking to appoint a Customer Services Coordinator with good administrative experience to work within their office at High Wycombe. This is an amazing opportunity to join an innovative and growing business.
Within this role, the successful candidate will be supporting the Fire Certification side of the business involved in sustainability projects across the UK. You will be tasked with the following duties to support a team of Auditors operating throughout the country
Duties:
* Management of existing business customers, you will be creating audit schedules, ensuring client files are maintained in an organised, accurate and complete manner
* Monitoring for suspensions, expiring certifications and annual audits and non-conformance
* Ensuring correct data is added to the certification database and running regular reports and actioning amendments and corrections where needed
* Provide monthly performance reports to all affiliate offices
* Respond to minor commercial enquiries from stakeholders
* Support the team in the management of credit control processes
* Monitor and sample check the accuracy of the FSC database and accuracy of product groups
* Carry out website checks for suspended or withdrawn clients and issue non-conformance to the customer
* Support other operational and admin functions within the business

* Excellent customer service skills & experience in working in a customer service environment
* Ability to deal with people at all levels

* Able to work to tight deadlines
* Have attention to detail with the ability to analyse and interpret data, using MS Office products like Excel, Word, Outlook and a suite of inhouse systems
