My client, award winning property developer, are currently seeking a Customer Service Associate to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service background with excellent communication, both written and verbal.
This role is office based and working hours are 8:30am – 17:30pm / Mon-Fri.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
Manage customer calls and emails during normal hours of operations
Respond to queries and issues raised through investigating and liaising with operatives, subcontractors, and Customer Service Associates
Raising Purchase Orders, Sub-Contractor Orders and Material Orders
Record and load issues raised using Salesforce and ensuring all jobs are completed within SLAs
Co-ordinating diary appointments with customers and contractors, operatives
Liaise with Site Managers and Sub-contractors to ensure that all associated works are carried out at agreed timesCustomer Service Key Requirements:
Sales force knowledge – (desirable)
Good understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel & Outlook
Good planning and organisational skills
Customer focused
Team player
