Customer Service Apprentice
High Wycombe
£16,000 per annum
Our client, a fantastic and extremely busy company based in High Wycombe, who are now looking for a trainee to rotate round all four teams within the Patient Services department. The successful candidate will gain a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification.

Key responsibilities:
* Processing prescription orders daily
* Making phone calls and emailing patients, GP surgeries and nurses as well as responding to answer phone messages
* Setting up new patients on the company system
* In order to help grow the business you will be promoting products and services to customers
* Identifying business opportunities and convert these into sales or pass to the relevant team
* Dealing with customer complaints or queries with tracking of deliveries
* Take an active part in departmental meetings
The perfect candidate will have the following:

* Problem solving skills
* Customer service skills and will go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service
* Be an experienced user of MS Word, Excel and Office

* Professional, calm and mature manner
Minimum grade requirements:
* English – Grade 4 (or equivalent)
* Maths – Grade 4 (or equivalent)
* ICT – Grade 4 (or equivalent)
