Customer Service Agents / Representatives  (multiple roles)

FUNCTION:  Customer Operations – Supply Chain Planning team

LOCATION:  Buckinghamshire , with some remote home working

Immediate short-term temporary assignments

We have multiple immediate temporary short terms vacancies for customer service agents/customer service reps for a much loved FMCG brand, with a head office in Buckinghamshire.

We require individuals who have had experience dealing with customer queries.

Its working in the supply chain planning team. So ideally from this supply chain service/manufacturing or product making background, in customer services.  You will work from home sometimes,  but ideally need to be at the head office.

ROLE PURPOSE: 

You will provide an exceptional customer experience through effectively responding to enquiries.   

You will work to resolve their enquiries in a skilful and professional manner ensuring a timely and qualitative resolution.

Ensure that all SLA’s / KPI’s are met.

Key Accountabilities:

Order Processing / Accurate data entry –  interpretation of customer orders  via telephone and e-mail.
Customer Queries – Provide professional first line response to customer queries, concerns and complaints around deliveries.
Consumer Queries – Provide professional first line response to  queries, concerns  via phone, email and social media around product, quality and process. 
KPI  / Customer Reporting – Creation  of Customer Service Level Reports including interpretation of failures.  Production and analysis of internal KPI reports.

Confident telephone manner, including good communication and listening skills
Customer Services background  – administration in manufacturing supply chain or retail , ideally contact centre or Head Office support functions
Ability to deal calmly and professionally with challenging calls
Computer literate
flexible to work between the operational hours of the hub
Flexibility to work a rota including weekends
