My client based on the outskirts of High Wycombe is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis initially, with the possibility of going permanent for the right candidate.
Monday – Friday
9am – 5:30pm
£10.25 – £11.79 (DOE)
Due to the location, you will need your own transport.
About the job
You will be working with a small team of staff to deal with the day-to-day customer sales calls and queries.
Duties of the Customer Service Advisor:
Process customer orders (via web, email & phone)
Answering the phone & dealing with customer queries.
Answering Live Chat website queries
Emailing quotations
Gathering sales leads and passing them to the sales team
Serving "walk in" customersRequired Qualifications of the Customer Service Advisor:
Excellent spoken English
Excellent telephone manner
English & Maths A-C GCSE or equivalent
Good typing skills
Desirable Skills of the Sales Advisor:
Previous Telesales experience
Previous Customer Service experience
Knowledge of MS Word & Outlook (2010)Benefits:
