Customer Service – Weekdays
Our client have a brilliant opportunity to join their global company as a Customer Service Advisor! We are looking for a hard-working and committed Customer Service Advisor to support a busy car dealership group. This position would be based in High Wycombe, however some remote working would be required.
The company:
– A renowned car dealership group, with plenty of room for progression.

The role:
– You will receive a high volume of inbound calls from valued customers, as well as live chat messages and emails. Queries include booking test drives and service history requests.
– As a Customer Service Advisor you will exercise your impeccable listening skills to ensure customer queries are heard.
– You will make note of calls and complete administration tasks to log conversations and note patterns.
Your experience:
– Experience within customer service. A great telephone manner.
– Great communication and interpersonal skills essential.
– Great time management and organisational skills.
