Currently recruiting for a sales, customer service assistant to join their Showroom team.

THE JOB
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity which will allow you to utilise all of your consultative sales and customer services skills.
We are currently recruiting for a sales/ customer service assistant/consultant
Able to build strong working relationships with clients at all levels.
Liaising with and exceeding each clients expectations while providing expert advise on products (once you are fully trained)
Offering tailored solutions, problem solving and advising.
There will be an aspect of up-selling to existing clients.
Processing Orders, raising quotations, handling stock levels, and store promotions.
Key Skills
* Previous sales & customer service experience using a consultative approach
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Previous experience handling customer queries and resolving issues
* Good negotiation and administration skills
* Good Ms Office skills
ESSENTIAL: Interested candidates MUST have had previous experience working in a role whereby you have had to advise customers on a wide range of products, listening to each customers needs and providing advice to customers on the right product for them.
