Job Title: Customer Relations Advisor

Location: High Wycombe

Salary: £19,460 (company bonus can take this to c£22,000)

If you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working in a busy customer-service team – this is the role for you. The basic salary is £19,460 in addition to this there is a £300 pcm bonus which will take your annual earnings to £22000. The hours of work are on a weekly rota basis and are:

07.00 – 16.30

08.00 – 17.30

08.30 – 18.00

09.00 – 18.30

09.30 – 19.00

You may also be asked to work occasional weekends – but you will get time-off in lieu.

Our client is looking for a candidate with a bright personality to answer all the incoming calls to the company. You will be acting as the first point of contact so you must give an exceptional service, understanding the customers' needs clearly and putting them through to the correct department. If the person they wish to speak to is not available you must take a complete, concise message, ensuring all details are correct!

Based in the Contact Centre, you will enjoy a busy role, be happy to help others and understand the importance of good quality customer service.

Outgoing, with exceptional communication skills you must be professional in your outlook. A great opportunity!
