Customer Liaison Executive – High End New Homes Developer
To deal with customers prior to occupation and any concerns received by telephone or written communication post occupation.
You will be the main point of contact for new customers from exchange of contracts to 6 weeks post legal completion.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience with a housing developer in a similar role and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Home buyer demonstrations on new properties (on-site)
* Deal with all snagging list issues post occupation
* Liaise with subcontractors and operatives in regards to issue resolution
* Maintain up to date records of all courtesy / customer visits, and log all defects identified and works completed.
* Ensure information is received in a timely manner from the Site Management Team.
* Produce Technicians job sheets in a timely and accurate manner.
* Keep Weekly Work Schedules up to date.
* Ensure appointments are made in a timely, professional and effective manner in order to resolve purchaser’s queries to a satisfactory conclusion.
* Ensure you keep the purchaser informed as required to the progress of their job.
* Produce accurate and timely job sheets for sub-contractors
* Chase sub-contractors as appropriate to ensure target dates are met
* Issue contra charge notifications to sub-contractors
* Always ensure you have read the Company’s health and safety policies and procedures and observe them.
