Customer Care Operative – High Wycombe – Permanent

Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a 5* award winning Developer with searching for a Customer Care Operative to join their team.

In this role you will be required to carry out a numerous number of duties such as:

* Carry out remedial works to the new homes.

* Ensuring all defects are completed within the agreed time frame.

* Have both a strong customer focus and be able to represent the Company effectively by ensuring a quality finish to the highest standards

* Visiting customer's properties delivering excellent customer service

* Source materials needed to carry out the works and carry out the repairs

* Be a team player – talking to the team with up-to-date data
