Corporate Customer Care Advisor / Account Manager
Forte Recruitment are looking for experience Customer Service Advisors and Account Managers with excellent communication skills to work as part of our clients busy team.
In this role you would be working for an industry leading telecommunications company based in High Wycombe, providing first line support to corporate customers. You will be responsible for managing multiple client orders, seeing them through from inception to completion, delivering a high level of customer service to all corporate customers ensuring requests, faults, problems and issues that arise are actioned and facilitated in a timely, professional and efficient manner.
You will be fully responsible for liaising with all relevant departments, customers and shareholders to ensure each customers requirements are delivered on time.
Successful applicants will be required to maintain a high level of customer focus at all times, ensuing you meet your customer’s expectations.
Job/Role Specification:
* Primary first line support to all corporate customers.
* Co-ordinate with all departments to ensure a prompt resolution of faults and requests.
* Updating CRM database accurately with all information for each corporate site, including site surveys.
* Update line managers daily or when potentially serious issues arise.
* Identify opportunities for up-selling equipment and migration of new sites.
* Arrange site visits as required.
* Attend daily, weekly and monthly meetings as and when required.
* Carry out quality control calls once any issues have been resolved.
