Our well-established and highly successful client are looking for a Client Services Team Leader. This role will be based at their head office in High Wycombe and the salary is £26,000 with great company benefits, including private healthcare, life assurance, excellent holiday package and a fantastic subsidised canteen.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
The purpose of this role is to ensure delivery of excellent customer service through the management of your team.
Key duties include:
* Providing excellent customer service in line with department standards
* To proactively manage your team on a day to day basis and ensure first class service
* To manage all assigned team including, but not limited to, leadership, recruitment, induction, motivation, retention, appraisals and performance management
* To promote products at every opportunity
* Increase retention by building strong relationships with customers
* Supporting the Client Services Manager at all times
* Understand and uphold all systems within the department
* Ensure all team members work to targets as set by you and in line with company targets
* To provide reports as required by manager
* Coach and develop team
* Completing and assisting with projects
* Management of complaints in an efficient manager to minimise customer dissatisfaction
* Maintain and enhance customer service standards
* Ensuring adequate cover on phones at all times
* Be able to work under own initiative with little supervision
* Perform any other tasks reasonably requested by the company as required
To be considered for this opportunity you will need:
* Excellent customer service skills together with an excellent telephone manner
* Strong and proven knowledge of the sales process
* Leadership skills
* Proven experience of managing a team within a busy environment
