My client, a leader within the financial technology industry, is currently recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager to join their fast-paced team.
You will be responsible for the daily relationship and service delivery to a large number of external clients including new client implementation/training (not sales), enquiry handling, service solution building as well as overall account management.
The successful candidate will have a proven background within a client account focused position. You will have man-management skills and will be supporting the wider team with line management responsibilities.
You'll have a combination senior of client-facing skill/experience, line management experience, operational knowhow and problem-solving in order to support our account managers/support team staff
Key Responsibilities
Act as an escalation point and line manager within the team
Assist clients in all stages of relationship from onboarding through to daily support
Relationship Management, Keeping the 'client experience' a priorityPerson Specification
5 years' relevant experience in a similar role, with at least 2 years experience at supervisory level
Leadership and professionalism
Eye for detail
Commercial awareness
