We are looking for an individual who is a qualified CIMA Management Accountant who will sit above our current team of
Bookkeepers
Credit control
Management Accountant
Purchase Ledger Clerk
Payroll
Across 5 companies. The companies operate in the recruitment and civils/utilities sectors.
The individual must be hands on as well as good at managing people and working to tight deadlines. A high level of understanding of Sage Line 50 and Excel is essential as we use the link between the two to complete our management accounts pack. The role will enable the right person a high input of their own knowledge into procedures and controls.
The main duties will be to oversee and produce the monthly management accounts and manager all the finance roles above and to also be the liaison between management and the rest of the team. The recruitment consultants will also use this role as their first point of contact for queries.
This is a new role in the rapidly expanding businesses. The role will be based in High Wycombe but their offices are in Hove, Guildford and Swindon.
