Construction Industry Window & Door Project Manager – The Role:
We are seeking a strong, self-motivated Manager covering our commercial sites, with a positive can-do attitude to be based out of our Head Office in High Wycombe. This role will encompass managing various commercial site projects and installation teams to install windows, doors and curtain wall products to a high standard.
This is a full-time salaried position and carries 22 days annual leave plus Statutory Bank holidays, a company vehicle, mobile phone and additional staff benefits.
The successful applicant will be involved from the initial stages of the contract through to final completion and sign off. You should be competent in all aspects of site management including set-up, Client liaison, creating site programmes, communication both internally and externally, health and safety matters, ensure all contractual obligations are met, and be able to deal with and resolve any on site issues as they arise.
Construction Industry Window & Door Project Manager – Qualifications should include:
– SMSTS, CSCS card holder, Health & Safety Training to Management level
– Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook
