Randstad CPE are currently looking for a number of Surfacing Operatives to join a reputable company in High Wycombe. For the right operatives, this will be a permanent role with a desirable salary and benefits.

You would need to be willing to work rotating shifts, either days or nights, weekend work is available too. Of course, for the night work, the rate would increase as it would also on weekends.

Hours per week are a basic 47.5 with overtime available. The normal day rate with be 180.0o per shift, before any over time on top.

As there are a number of vacancies – we are looking for people with the following competencies, either;

Roller Drivers
Paver Drives
Blacktop layers (either by hand or machine)
Surfacing operatives
Industry knowledge is a must!
