Planned Maintenance Supervisor – Permanent

Up to 35,000 plus package

We are currently recruiting for a national construction contractor that require a planned maintenance supervisor to join their growing property services division in West London, covering Oxford, High Wycombe, Reading and Slough

The ideal candidate would have previously worked for a tier one contractor and would have delivered in social housing/decent homes schemes for a minimum of 5 years. Works you will be expected to manage include roofing and window renewals, communal refurbishments and internal and external decorations.

Within this role you will assist with the management of sub-contractors on site, carrying out surveys to properties, H&S checks, collating property information for each project and generally assisting your site manager with the delivering the project.

My client require someone who is hard working, enthusiastic, IT literate and someone who can work individually or in a team.

SSSTS (Minimum)
CSCS
First Aid
Asbestos Awareness
Full Driving License
A minimum of five years experience supervising decent home projects
This is a permanent post which will lead to a full time role and will offer the chance to join an established business.
