Site Operative/ Road Resurfacing Operative

Are you an experienced Road Resurfacing Operative with a passion for what you do? Are you looking for a challenging permanent role?

Our client, a reputable construction and infrastructure main contractor is looking for an experienced worker to join the current team located in High Wycombe.

About the role

Operate machinery as instructed/ trained to do so
Keep PPE and all equipment clean and safe
Ability to communicate and take instruction from Foreman and other Operatives
Understand and follow daily briefings/ health & safety requirements
Complying with all safe methods of working on site
Carry out daily plant checks and report any defects
Complete any other tasks from time to time reasonably requested by the company What will you bring?

Experienced in all aspects of asphalt surfacing
CSCS relevant qualification
Ability and desire to learn
Desire to maintain high quality workmanship
Full UK driving licence (desirable)
Willingness to work away/ weekends occasionally
