I am currently in need of a Site Manager to join a developer who specialise in residential builds within the South East and Thames Valley area. The project my client is looking to fill is a 85 new build traditional block of apartments in the High Wycombe area. The project is due to complete in April 2022 and the focus of works is currently internals from 1st fix onwards.

The ideal candidate will have multi-unit residential experience working for either a main contractor or developer.

Key duties will be –

Management of subcontractors
Short term programming
Be able to lead on H&S
Manage Q/A and LogisticsEssential experience needed –

Internals experience
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualifiedMy client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and looking to start the candidate by the 15th November.
