Site Manager – High Wycombe – One Year Freelance Contract – £230 – £250

The Role

I am looking for a Site Manager to join a National House Builder on a temporary basis. You will be reporting to the Contracts Manager running the project from start to finish. The project entails the build of a retail space and community centre as part of a large housing estate. The community centre will have 3 flats above which you must see through from start to finish. Being familiar with NHBC will help with completing the flats.

The Candidate

You can have come from a Main Contracting or residential background. You will have a bricklaying or carpentry trade.
