£45,000 -£60,000

An exciting opportunity for an eager, motivated and driven Site Manager looking to join a multi – disciplinary property company that provides high spec solutions across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have experience being a Site manager within the construction industry (Residential) with familiarity in the house building sector to manage an array of sites across London. You will be reporting to a Senior assisting in delivering on time projects, organizing labour, ensure materials are of high standard and readily available on site.

The company are growing from strength to strength and have been unaffected by the current pandemic, meaning they have a full book of work for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will manage a site in Buckinghamshire and then will work on future sites thereafter. The company offer a clear road of progression and are looking for someone who is motivated and driven to learn and work their way up the business. You will be supervising the day to day running of a Site in Buckinghamshire with time restraints in mind so motivational skills and confidence in managing labour is key.

The Person:

5+ years minimum in field Site Manager experience
Residential/Housebuilding background
Excellent communication and time management skills
Hard working attitude and motivating demeanour.
The Role:

Oversee and supervise the day to day duties on contracted sites.
Report to the Senior Site Manager who will mentor and guide you
Confidently motivate and liaise with site labour.
