Octago Group are currently seeking an experienced number one Site Manager to oversee the civils & groundworks of a large residential development in High Wycombe.

To be successful in the role :

* A minimum of 4 years experience as a Site Manager

* Previous experience working as Number 1 Site Manager on residential apartment schemes

* Good understanding of Groundworks, Pile Caps, Ground beams & all site-related civils

* SMSTS & First Aid is essential

* Previous experience working on projects that are value in access of £7.5m
