Madisons Recruitment are actively seeking an experienced Site Manager for a new build residential project in High Wycombe, starting at the end of October.

Site Manager role:

* Overseeing work being carried out on site

* Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed on site

* Procurement of materials and labour

* Quality control of properties

* Ability to follow strict procedures

* Ensuring all regulations are met

* Oversight of all contractors and sub-contractors to ensure timelines, costs and quality control is met

* Able to complete inductions, toolbox talks, progress meeting and ultimately the completion of the properties

Site Manager requirements:

* Extensive residential experience, from the ground up as a Site Manager

* Previous experience in managing own team and overseeing all aspects/trades on site

* SMSTS OR SSSTS, First Aid, Scaffold, CPCS Telehandler & CISRS

* CSCS Card

* First aid

* Accountable references
