PSR Solutions are recruiting for a SHE Advisor to work for a well-established Civil Engineering and Infrastructure company who specialise in Highway and Rail

The ideal candidate will need 5+ years within a SHE environment. With working knowledge of Construction, highways, rail infrastructure and social housing sectors. They will be needed to provide advice, guidance and support on all SHE issues, along with communicating different procedures, policies and standards.

Responsibilities:

To provide expertise and advice to the business in developing, formulating and communicating Safety, Health and Environment policies, procedures and standards
Ensure that effective communication channels are maintained for regular SHE updates as well as new and revised policies and procedures.
To ensure incident investigations are carried out in accordance with the published procedures (this includes customer requirements).
Identify and facilitate the sharing of Best Practice and Business ImprovementSkills / Qualifications Needed:

Good communication and inter-personal skills
Excellent Organisational Skills
Good Microsoft Office Skills
NEBOSH General Certificate or Equivalent
TechIOSH Accreditation
NEBOSH National Certificate in Environmental Management
