Sewing Machinist
Bluerock Jobs are recruiting on behalf of a high-end producer of bespoke furniture providing extensive in-house manufacturing services, specializing in high quality upholstery and luxury furniture for high end residential, luxury hotels, yachts and prestigious hospitality projects.
Due to the ongoing expansion of the business, we are seeking an experienced person whom is used to working to the highest level of accuracy and quality. This busy role will provide the right individual with lots of variety on a day to day basis.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor the Sewing Machinist’s key responsibilities will be –
– Operating Sewing machines including a Flatbed Machine, Walking Foot Machine and Overlocking Machine.
– Machine various fabrics / textiles including fabrics, leather, suede and faux leather.
– Maintenance of all sewing machines to ensure their longevity.
Experience / skills required –
– Previous experience of Furniture or Textiles sewing.
– Good attention to detail.
– Good spoken and written English
