Senior Recruitment Consultant
Basic salary £28-32K + uncapped commission
Phillip Shaun Construction are currently seeking a self-motivated and well driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mind set with a proven track record within a similar role. We are looking for someone to build their own desk and excel beyond their limits. If you are hungry for high commission and to be rewarded based on your performance, this role will be perfect for you.

Details of work
* Hours of work are Monday-Thursday 8.00am-16.30pm. Friday 8.00am-15.00pm
* Basic Pay – £28,000 – £32,000
* Uncapped commission

* Cold calling and client engagement
* Accountability without micro-management
* Communication – Ability to speak to all levels of the business
