We are working with an SME construction consultancy who are leaders in the residential market. They have approx 70 employees with x3 Office’s.

We are looking for an associate PM to sit alongside an office Director and be his number 2, the role involves:

* Being a lead figure in running the office

* Overseeing a team of PM’s

* Taking a lead role in account / client management

* Helping with Strategic decisions and business development.

Our client are confirmed on a number of long term frameworks working with some of the UK’s leading developers, housing providers and local authorities.

The work is a mix of new build residential, resi conversion, high rise inspection and remedial works. Up to £50m.

A good understanding of the consultant PM role is essential for this position
