We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor (Repairs / Voids) to work for a leading maintenance contractor on a temporary basis in High Wycombe, please note this is an immediate start.
Ideally we need someone who has experience with SOR codes and able to code completed jobs using it.
As a Repairs Supervisor you will be coming from a strong trades background and your day to day duties will be as follows:
– Checking the quality of all repairs and maintenance as well as the quality of works in all void properties.
– Ensuring all works are being completed within set deadlines.
– First line of command for all trades, labour, and sub-contractors on site.
– Ensuring works are being carried out to programme and within budget.
– Feeding back progress reports to the Management team.

Required:
– Previous experience of working on Social Housing projects at a Supervisory level.
– A good working knowledge of SOR codes (Schedule of Rates)
– Valid Asbestos Awareness Certificate, CSCS card and Clean driving licence
– High Level and understanding of health & safety requirements and procedures.
