Quantity Surveyor – Buckinghamshire

A highly creditable housebuilder who specialise in successfully delivering new homes and building communities are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team, due to an influx of projects starting over the next year.

The Quantity Surveyor’ role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will inherit a site when joining the business, with the idea of a new scheme being allocated to run from start to completion.

Sites are situated around Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire and are all of a traditional build and timber frame build.

The successful Quantity Surveyor

* Must have new build residential experience (ideally from a PLC)

* A successful track record of running multi-unit residential projects

* Knowledge of COINS software

* Traditional build/timber frame experience

* Minimum 3 years’ experience within the role

* Loyalty to employers (no jumps from role to role)
