Quantity Surveyor – Residential

Company

* Leading residential Developer.

* They build quality residential developments.

* Projects are prime residential and mixed use developments.

* Growing their team due to an impressive pipeline of work

* Projects in Thames Valley, Oxfordshire and Hampshire.

* New development in High Wycombe, long term project.

Role

* Responsible for all commercial aspects of the development, groundworks through to final finishes and completion

* Reporting to the Commercial Manager

* Managing all commercial aspects while working closely with the Operational team.

* Ensure successfully delivery of units within agreed targets.

Person specification

* You must have experience with all commercial aspects of a new build project project.

* Be ambitious and able to work on your own initiative while working closely with the team.

* Have experience on fast paced residential developments.

* Worked for a reputable residential contractor or developer.

* Excellent negotiation abilities.

* Have excellent communication skills.

* Able to manage a variety of sub contract accounts, including groundworks, structures and internals.

* Keen and ambitious to progress your career.
