Quantity Surveyor – Buckinghamshire

* National contractor who provide expertise in Façade and Building Envelope

* Work on some of the UK's most prestigious projects.

* Sectors of work include Commercial and Residential.

* They work with Tier 1 contractors and developers on major projects.

* Progression opportunities within the business

* Project values range from £1m – £15m

Role

* Deliver multiple projects throughout London

* You will be given the autonomy to successfully deliver the project with full responsibility for all commercial aspects of the project.

* Liaise with principal contractors.

* Manage sub contract packages.

* Manage additional Surveyors to ensure the project is delivered successfully

Person specification

* Ideally have extensive façade and building envelope experience

* Worked for a reputable subcontractor.

* Worked closely with the client and Tier 1 contractors.

* Good contractual knowledge, JCT or NEC

* Ideally degree qualified

* Able to take the lead on multiple projects and deliver them successfully.

* Keen and ambitious to progress your career.
