Quantity Surveyor – High Wycombe/London

A design & build developer who focus on creating sustainable developments to the highest standard are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their close knit, growing team.

They pride themselves on delivering net zero carbon construction with a typical project valuing up to £5M.

The experienced Quantity Surveyor will be reporting directly to the Managing Director, playing an integral role as they grow and move into the next planned phase of scaling. Going from individual one-off projects to high-volume projects across London.

This role for the Quantity Surveyor will oversee all projects and ensure that each one is costed and recorded accurately in both pre and post contract.

The Quantity Surveyor will be working across both new build and refurbishment in the residential sector.

What’s required for the Quantity Surveyor?

* Minimum of 4 years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on residential schemes – HA or local authority

* Experience of delivering domestic construction projects in the UK

* Must have run similar residential – refurbishment and new build projects in the past

* No jumps from role to role

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management

In return for the Quantity Surveyor?

* Salary up to £55,000 (DOE)

* Bonus

* Pension – NEST

* 20 days holiday + bank holidays

* Onsite parking

* Work from home 1-2 days per week

* Working hours – 8am – 4:30pm or 9am – 5:30pm
