A multi skilled, RICS accredited Construction Consultancy in Buckinghamshire are seeking a Quantity Surveyor who will carry out varied role across a mixture of residential projects.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will enjoy working from the consultancy's new office which holds a diverse team of Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and Employer's Agent who all support each other across the full project life cycle.

Day to day, the successful Quantity Surveyor will provide pre and post contract services. Additionally, you will also act as the Employer's Agent on D&B contracts, and carry out a Project Management function where necessary.

Project wise, the successful Quantity Surveyor shall work on a mixture of housing association, remedial and cladding schemes.

The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

Employers Agent or Project Management experience is a bonus
RICS accredited degree
Quantity Surveying experience, within a consultancy practice
Driving licence
Comfortable adapting to different scenariosIn Return?
