Project Manager (New Build Housing)

Location – Buckinghamshire
Salary Details: £70-90K Full time permanent position.

My client who are a leading house builder are currently looking for a project manager to join the team for a large plot based in Buckinghamshire.

You will take overall responsibility and accountability for the performance of the projects assigned to you, including quality of finish, programme delivery, health and safety and commercial performance. To be Dynamic, Passionate, Virtuous and Assured in your actions.

The Role:

– The Project Manager will coordinate with internal and external resources to the benefit of the project. This involves working closely with Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors.

– Ensure the company’s policy on Health & Safety and the requirements of Health & Safety Legislation are met and safe working practices are actively implemented.

– Assess potential restrictions to the projects development and also highlight suitable areas to develop.
– Develop and manage projects to ensure that they are delivered efficiently.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

– Preferred experience with residential new build projects.
– Experience working on house building projects.
– A passion for new build construction, with the ability to multi-task and manage effectively and accurately.
