Project Manager

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to start a permanent position covering projects in south Buckinghamshire. Working for a leading FM company you will based from their site in High Wycombe with a responsibility for their other sites in the area.
As the Project Manager you will assist in delivering projects from conception to completion ensuring they are delivered to time, spec, budget and health and safety.
Other duties will include but are not limited to:
*Project set up
*Assist in in tenders and PQQs
*Manage and monitor the supply chain to ensure they are delivering the works
*Manage the actives on site to ensure the projects remain on target
*Work with the commercial team
*Review and manage monthly costs
*Provide reports as required
*Review risk assessments and method statements
*Health and safety
*All other duties as reasonably required
Skills and experience required:
*Experience working as a Project Manager within a Facilities Management / Estates Manager environment or similar, ideally with experience working on Hospitals / NHS.
*Experience working on PFI contracts
*Must hold relevant qualifications (HNC, HND, G&C etc.) within a related disciple such as Engineering, Building, Facilities etc.
*CSCS Card
*Health & Safety trained (IOSH / NEBOSH / SMSTS etc.)
*Full driving Licence
It would be an advantage to hold a membership with a professional body such as CIOB, RICS etc.
