Project Manager

I am currently working with an excellent regional contractor who have secured a new build £8m school near High Wycombe. This project is due to start on site prior to Christmas and is a Design and Build scheme.

You will report to a visiting contracts manager and will take the scheme from pre construction through to delivery and hand over to the client. This project is a negotiated scheme and they are looking for an experienced project manager with a history of delivering jobs 5-10m in value as a number one on site.

You will come from a main contractor background, hold a managers CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid, you will be able to short to medium term programme on either Asta or Microsoft Project and be able to start prior to Christmas.
