An exciting Consultancy Project Manager opportunity has become available for a company who specialises in Construction Project Management services for residential and commercial building projects across the UK.

There office is based in Rickmansworth, however you will predominantly be working from home with a visit to the Rickmansworth office once every 4-6 weeks and Client visits as and when is required around the South Buckinghamshire area ( High Wycombe, Amersham, Slough ) . All fuel expenses for office and client visits are paid for. Some client visits may occasionally be on weekends however you can claim this time back during the week.

This position does not require you to have super strong Project Management experience however you will need the below :

– Strong JCT contracts knowledge

– Construction Background- someone from a building surveying background or someone who has owned their own high trade company like a plumbing company would be ideal.

Salary : £45,000- £58,000 based on experience + fuel, pension, holidays, team socials.

Working hours tend to be 8-5pm Mon-Thursday and 8-4pm on Friday but can be flexible
