We have an urgent requirement for a Project Manager to start a permanent role based on site in High Wycombe!

You will be required to deliver projects of various size covering various buildings such as historic buildings, specialist refurbishments etc. You will ensure projects are delivered to time, spec, budget, H&S etc. You will also be responsible for the sub contractors and their performance and work, ensuring it is all compliant an on time. You will be required to carry out all other Project Manager duties as required!

This is an excellent role offering work on prestigious sites!

Skills and experience required:
*Qualified (Degree, HND, C&G etc.) in Building/civil or Mechanical/Electrical discipline
*Management Health and Safety qualifications such as SMSTS
*Working experience as a Project Manager delivering multiple project ranging in value from small works to larger projects
*Client and stakeholder management experience
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Excellent IT skills
