Job Title: Certification Auditor
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £32,000

Overview:

Responsibilities:

You will conduct and report on factory production control audits as part of the businesses certification schemes
Select samples for initial type testing or audit testing from factory, site or the market
Witness of production of samples for testing
Carry out assessments of clients' operations and report on them in accordance with BS EN ISO 19011
Conduct and report on ISO9001 (quality management systems) as needed
Suggest improvements as well support and assist with the implementation of process and improvement projects
Assisting with internal quality audits to maintain UKAS accreditations
When required assist with the training of new Auditors as directed by the Audit Team Manager
Qualifications:

Educated to HNC/ A Level standard or equivalent
At least 3 years' experience auditing production of products at factories within the construction industry
QMS lead auditor qualification or equivalent, or willingness and ability to complete the course and exam.
Significant experience of professional experience in relevant industries
Professional and confident approach
Good IT skills and knowledge of systems
Competent with MS Office applications: in particular MS Word – to intermediate level
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and oral
Ability to take ownership of clients and manage issues to a successful conclusion
Customer focused, develop strong working relationships
Ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure, positive and effective team player
Prepared to take on additional challenges as and when they are identified
Ability and willingness to travel across UK and Europe with frequent overnight stays – possibility of overseas work in longer term
