Pre-contracts Estimator – Interior fitouts

A privately run commercial fit out contractor that offers autonomy and progression. They specialise in prestigious Commercial Office refits, across London and home Counties. They are looking for a dynamic, driven individual, who is confident in attending Client meetings. The Company has a key requirement for an Estimator for interior fit outs and refurbishment projects ranging in values from £1500 to £1 million in value- full development training will be provided. Must be based within a commutable distance of High Wycombe.

As the successful Estimator for Interior Fit outs

Estimator will be responsible for taking tenders from enquiry to final submission
Estimator will produce accurate and detailed cost proposals
Estimator will be working with Contracts when a project is secured to provide a proper hand over and procurement schedule
Estimator will be responsible for creating and maintaining an accurate cost base for pricing budgets, to tight deadlines
Estimator to have the ability to understand BOQ's and Drawings for take off
Estimator to receive £40k-£50k basic dependent on experience plus packageTo qualify as the Estimator for Interior Fit outs

Estimator will need to have strong IT skills, including but not limited to Excel at an intermediate level
Estimator to be a commutable distance to High Wycombe
Estimator to have a minimum of 5 years' experience in construction interior fit outs and refurbishment sectorEstimator – Interior Fitouts: – Up to £40k – £50k basic + Car allowance + Holiday + Benefits
