Part 2 Architectural Assistant – High Wycombe | £24,000 – £28,000

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant who has an eye for detail and a passion for design in the residential sector.

The company we are working with is an Award-Winning Architectural practice which has grown from strength to strength over the last few years and is looking to continue their expansion with the appointment of an ambitious Part 2 Architectural Assistant.

The practice mainly works in the residential sector on a variety of high-end bespoke homes, domestic properties, listed buildings, and contemporary builds.

To be considered for the Part 2 Architectural Assistant role you will need;

* Strong residential experience working through all RIBA stages on high-end projects.

* Superb interpersonal skills.

* Extensive knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Planning Processes.

* Faultless AutoCAD capabilities. ArchiCAD experience would be beneficial.

* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite would be a bonus.

* To be comfortable meeting with and liaising with clients/other contractors.
