Are you looking to work for a leading construction business in the Buckinghamshire region?
My client is a leading construction and civil engineering business who are looking to hire an Office Manager to work in a new office location opening near High Wycombe. You will provide day to day office management, closely partnering whilst also providing additional administrative support where needed to the wider organisation.
Office Manager Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Meeting and greeting of visitors including liaising with management, managing visitor passes and parking requirements
Support with incoming and outgoing office goods
Management of office equipment and leases i.e. Coffee machines, water coolers, dishwashers, printers etc.
Partnering with facilities and HSE to ensure the office environment supports 'clean office' approach and follows relevant policies
Supporting and helping to maintain/implement applicable company administrative processes, databases, and filing systems
Management of administration inbox by proactively filtering and distributing to the applicable team membersOffice Manager Essentials
Proven experience in a busy Office Management and/or Receptionist role
Previous administration experience as a PA/EA is desirable
Self-motivated, excellent prioritisation and organisational skills with great time management
Ability to communicate across all levels of the business and create strong working relationships
