A world Leading Facilities company are looking for a experienced Maintenance Technician to join a team of 14 covering a Health-care Contract. The ideal Technician will have an Mechanical Improver OR Maintenance Plumber background.

Task's & Responsibilities:

Inspection & repair of all maintenance related tasks
Following Hospital Regulations
Identify Health & Safety risks
PPM
Reactive Maintenance
Carrying out works outside of your discipline

Hours:

Mon – Fri 8AM – 17:00 (Overtime available)

The ideal candidate will be able to use their own initiative, willing to get involved in tasks outside of their discipline, willing to learn and study outside of work to attain additional Building Services Skills.

Must:

Have a Plumbing / Mechanical background
Full UK Driving License
