An excellent opportunity for an M&E Project Manager to start a permanent role based on site in High Wycombe.

You will be responsible for delivering all M&E projects to time, spec, budget and H&S.

Other duties will include but are not limited to:
*Delivering all M&E projects, life cycle replacement projects and new M&E Installations
*Monitoring and managing supply chain
*Risk Assessment and Method Statements
*Client management
*Budget management
*Health and Safety
*All other Project Manager duties as reasonably required

Skills and experience required for this role:

You must hold relevant mechanical /Electrical qualifications (HND, C&G etc.) and hold a management level H&S such as SMSTS. Working knowledge of CDM.

You must have a proven working history as an M&E Project Manager within the FM, construction, Building etc. or similar environment where you have delivered M&E projects to time, spec, budget and H&S. Experience working on multiple small projects (2k-500k) as well as single larger projects.

Experience of client management, supply chain management and people management. Must be commercially aware and experience managing budgets.

Although this role is static you must hold a full driving license.
