This really is a unique opportunity to join an extremely successful specialist manufacturer of high quality glass and double glazing products as the Managing Director.

* As the Managing Director, you will assume all the day to day responsibilities of running a 9 million pound turnover company operating from two sites based in the South east and South west of England, with an emphasis on working from the South East operation in the main.

* You will currently be operating in a similar position, or will be an operations director or General manager working in the glass and glazing industry.

* The Managing Director will have had experience of the commercial curtain walling or aluminium window sector and be familier with overseeing large commercial window installation contracts either in high end retail installations or more importantly the refurbishment sector.

* This company is truly unique in what it does and as such the position is a very exciting and rewarding role. The successful candidate, Managing director is likely to be well versed in the curtain walling and aluminium window industry currently an operations director, general manager or at MD level. You will be well versed in understanding fenestration and have a track record of managing all aspects of a business, covering all operational areas, with an emphasis on managing and motivating staff and a management team.

* Ideally residing in the South East you will work predominantly from the South East head office, home and also from the south west operation when required.

* In addition to the outlined package there will be an opportunity to grow within the business, as you will have overall responsibility of developing the structure and future of the company organically and possibly through acquisition.
