New all round maintenance role based near High Wycombe. This is a temp to perm role.

Client Details

Our client is a leading provider of private healthcare in the UK. This is a great organisation with a well run estates division. You will be working at the private hospital in a static 3 man team. You will be supported by a team of mobile maintenance engineers. This is a busy and professional working environment.

Description

You will be responsible for:

PPMs

Reactive plumbing

Basic electrics

Reactive maintenance tasks

AHU

FCU

Daily checks

General building services maintenance

This is a Monday – Friday role (phone number removed) hours per week and is a static role.

Profile

We are looking for:

On short notice or immediately available for work

CSCS card (must be in date)

Maintenance experience

Plumbing qualification

Hospital experience is a plus
